On Sept. 28, 2006 Polk County Sheriff's Office, Polk County Florida lost a great K9 Deputy Matt Williams & his partner K9 DiOGi. LEO members fired 110 rounds at the suspect hitting him 68 times after one of the largest man hunts in our Country's history. We lost not only a great K9 handler, but also a husband, father, son & brother. I had the honor of being able to call him my friend & co-worker. When the news ask Sheriff Judd why did we shoot him 68 times his quote was:
"Because we ran out of bullets."
